Service scope

Noir Chauffeur provides executive chauffeur services within the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze Delta, with the same booking flow, English dispatch and service standard. Shenzhen-Hong Kong journeys use an Alphard operated by a vetted partner fleet and are quoted through WhatsApp. Cross-region journeys, such as Shenzhen to Shanghai, are not accepted.

Driver language for Shenzhen-Hong Kong

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Alphard service uses a Chinese-speaking driver. An English-speaking driver is not available for this route.

Published pricing

The published full-day Zeekr 009 basis is 8 hours and 100 km: USD 199 standard. The USD 299 Shenzhen full-day option with an English-speaking driver is available in Shenzhen only. Fuel, tolls and bottled water are included in that published basis.

Shenzhen-Hong Kong Alphard service is quoted separately through WhatsApp.

Booking and payment

A 30% deposit is due after the itinerary is confirmed, to hold the vehicle and driver. During Canton Fair peak dates the deposit is 50%. Peak dates run from 2 days before Phase 1 through the last day of Phase 3 of each session, including move-in and move-out days, as published at cantonfair.org.cn. For the 140th Canton Fair (Autumn 2026), peak dates are 13 October 2026 to 4 November 2026.

The remaining balance is paid by a second payment link after the journey. The final balance may change if overtime, extra distance or added stops are agreed. The driver does not collect payment. Payment is processed through Airwallex.

Airport transfers

Airport transfers use the exact-address quote and are fully prepaid at booking. The fare includes 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, flight tracking, meet-and-greet with a name sign, fuel and tolls. The minimum online booking notice is 12 hours; later requests should go through WhatsApp. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable; for a single-way transfer, the fare is non-refundable.

The first 60 minutes of waiting are included. After that, waiting is charged at the selected vehicle's published overtime rate, by started 15-minute increments. The same vehicle-specific rate applies to full-day overtime beyond 8 hours; distance beyond 100 km uses that vehicle's published extra-distance rate. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable. If Noir Chauffeur cannot provide the confirmed vehicle, the deposit is refunded in full.

Schedule changes, waiting and overtime

Schedule changes are accepted subject to driver availability. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time. Invoices

VAT fapiao in RMB can be issued by the mainland operating company after the balance is settled in RMB. Card payments in USD are processed by Airwallex and are not issued as mainland VAT fapiao. Invoice requests should be made on WhatsApp before the travel day.

Insurance and disputes

Vehicles are operated with insurance required under applicable Chinese law. Guests should keep their own travel insurance. Noir Chauffeur is not liable for flight delays, traffic, or losses beyond the paid booking amount, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Disputes: noirchauffeurchina@outlook.com.
