Service scope

Noir Chauffeur provides executive chauffeur services within the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze Delta, with the same booking flow, English dispatch and service standard. Shenzhen-Hong Kong journeys use an Alphard operated by a vetted partner fleet and are quoted through WhatsApp. Cross-region journeys, such as Shenzhen to Shanghai, are not accepted.

Driver language for Shenzhen-Hong Kong

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Alphard service uses a Chinese-speaking driver. An English-speaking driver is not available for this route.

Published pricing

The published full-day Zeekr 009 basis in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze Delta is 8 hours and 100 km: USD 199 standard, or USD 269 with an English-speaking driver. Fuel, tolls and bottled water are included in that published basis.

Shenzhen-Hong Kong Alphard service is quoted separately through WhatsApp.

Booking and payment

Booking details, vehicle suitability and any deposit arrangement are confirmed through the booking conversation before payment. Payment is processed through Airwallex when a payment link or checkout is provided.
