The details business travellers usually need before they ask.

These answers explain Noir Chauffeur's published Pearl River Delta pricing, Yangtze Delta booking flow and service boundaries before you start a WhatsApp booking conversation.

01Where does Noir Chauffeur operate?

The self-operated service covers Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Foshan, with English booking and WhatsApp support. English-speaking drivers are available in Shenzhen only. Shanghai, Suzhou, Ningbo and Yiwu are handled through the Yangtze Delta booking flow with English dispatch. Shenzhen-Hong Kong journeys use an Alphard with a Chinese-speaking driver and are quoted through WhatsApp.

Cross-region trips such as Shenzhen to Shanghai are not accepted.

02Can I book a transfer that does not start or end at an airport?

Yes. You can book a one-way transfer between two addresses in the same region within one region. Longer one-way trips may cost more than a full day; the booking page will suggest a full day when it is the better value.

03Which driver language is used for Shenzhen-Hong Kong?

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Alphard service uses a Chinese-speaking driver. An English-speaking driver is not available for this route.

04What is the published Pearl River Delta price?

The pricing page presents the current standard and English-speaking-driver rates directly from Noir Chauffeur's pricing authority, each for 8 hours and 100 km.

Fuel, tolls and bottled water are included in both published options.

05How are Yangtze Delta services priced?

Yangtze Delta services are quoted by itinerary through WhatsApp. Noir Chauffeur keeps the same booking flow, English dispatch and service standard, but does not publish a fixed regional price yet.

06Do you offer meet-and-greet airport pickup?

Yes, at both airports Noir Chauffeur serves: Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) and Shenzhen Bao'an (SZX). The driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign; share your flight number so the pickup can track delays.

07How is a private car with driver different from a taxi or DiDi?

A private car with driver is pre-booked for your itinerary: meet-and-greet at the airport, one vehicle for hotel, Pazhou or factory stops, and a driver who waits. A taxi or DiDi is on-demand, usually without English, and is not a full-day plan.

08What should I send to arrange a booking?

Send the date, passenger count, pickup and destination, plus flight, factory or exhibition details where relevant. Noir Chauffeur can then discuss the route and suitable service option with you.

09Can I ask about waiting, schedule changes, payment or invoices?

Yes. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after the actual landing time. Waiting beyond that and full-day time beyond 8 hours use the selected vehicle's published overtime rate, by started 15-minute increments; distance beyond 100 km uses that vehicle's published extra-distance rate. Added stops or route changes use the same rates and are confirmed before departure. See the pricing page and vehicle details for current rates; payment and invoice details are confirmed in the WhatsApp conversation.
